Niagara Health System is committed to continually improving accessibility for people with disabilities in employment and services provided to our community. We want to ensure everyone we interact with has a positive experience with NHS consistent with our goals of providing patient-centred care and building a quality work environment for all.
As a hospital, caring is at the core of all that we do. Accessibility planning at NHS is part of our normal operating policies and procedures. Our Accessibility Plan is updated yearly and is intended to identify, remove and prevent all barriers that may impede patients, staff, contractors, volunteers and visitors from accessing and using health care services within the responsibility of NHS.
From time to time, temporary barriers can arise that can impede access at any of our sites. Please check here for any updates.
