Work Related References
References are conducted prior to a job offer being made. We ask your permission to talk with three managerial or supervisory references from your current and previous employers who can provide us with work-related references. A section on the external application outlines the information needed and an area for your signature authorization for the NHS to complete the reference check.
Police Record Check
As part of our hiring process all new staff must complete a Criminal Record Check or Clearance Certificate. The fee for this is paid for by the candidate and is not reimbursed by the Niagara Health System.
We receive many applications and thank all of our applicants for their interest with the Niagara Health System. In the near future, we will contact those candidates with whom we wish to consider.
