As of Sept. 22, 2021, the Government of Ontario will require you to provide proof of vaccination to access certain businesses and settings to help further protect Ontarians from COVID-19 and the Delta variant. If you still need your vaccine, book now.

How do I make an appointment?

Make an appointment online for same-day and future bookings or find your closest pharmacy to get a COVID-19 vaccine. 

What you need to bring with you:

  • Your health card if you have one or some form of government-issued identification.
  • Your first dose vaccination receipt if you have one.

If you scheduled an appointment through the provincial online vaccine booking system, you can manage your appointments online or by calling 1-833-943-3900.
