Hours at the Urgent Care Centres in Fort Erie and Port Colborne are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. They are subject to change, please check our website regularly for updates
IMPORTANT: Due to physician staffing shortages, the Port Colborne Urgent Care Centre (UCC) hours will have the following adjustments:
Friday, July 17: The Port Colborne UCC will be closing at 3 p.m.
Saturday, July 18: The Port Colborne UCC will be closing at 3 p.m.
Sunday, July 19: The UCC will operate as scheduled from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday, July 20: The Port Colborne UCC will be closed for the day.
If you think you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 right away or come to the nearest Emergency Department.
Emergency Departments provide 24-hour access to care for people experiencing trauma, serious injury or serious illness. Patients with the most urgent needs are always seen first, even though they may arrive after other patients.

Urgent Care Centres are for minor illnesses and injuries, not emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or go directly to an Emergency Department.
If you visit a Urgent Care Centre with a medical emergency, 9-1-1 will be called.
