The Physiotherapy Department provides care for inpatients and outpatients throughout the NHS Sites and assists in the diagnosis, recovery and rehabilitation of patients with neuromuscular, orthopaedic and other disabilities by utilizing a variety of techniques. The primary goal is to restore patients’ functional capacities to an optimum level and assist them to maintain that level. All staff are certified physiotherapists, licensed by the Province of Ontario.
