An online survey is being hosted by Dr. Terry Flynn’s research team from McMaster University so everyone has an opportunity to voice their opinion.
The survey is comprised of approximately 40 questions, and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. It also allows for more open-ended commenting in some sections.
