Be prepared for flu season

Posted Oct 15th, 2014

The best way to protect yourself and your family is to get the seasonal flu shot.

The flu shot is recommended for everyone aged six months or older. With a good match between the virus strains in the vaccine and the strains in circulation during influenza season, studies have shown that the flu shot can prevent about 60 to 80% of flu in healthy adults and children.
