Niagara Health is committed to continually improving accessibility for people with disabilities in employment and services provided to our community.

We want to ensure everyone we interact with has a positive experience consistent with our goals of providing patient-centred care and building a quality work environment for all.

As a hospital, caring is at the core of all that we do. Accessibility planning at Niagara Health is part of our normal operating policies and procedures. Our Accessibility Plan is updated yearly and is intended to identify, remove and prevent all barriers that may impede patients, staff, contractors, volunteers and visitors from accessing and using healthcare services within the responsibility of Niagara Health. We will provide accessibility accommodations to anyone requiring them to gain equal access to the care and services we provide.
