Patient, family communication

We’ had conversations with patients and families about things we do to keep you safe including washing our hands, checking patient identification, preventing falls and pressure injuries (bed sores).

A student from Thorold Secondary School designed artwork to inspire conversations about quality and safety. Patients, families and NH team members had the opportunity to have their photo taken with the stunning artwork as a backdrop.
