Mary Maida

Mary Maida is a senior fundraising executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the non-profit sector. Her work spans social services, healthcare, education, environmental, faith-based, and heritage organizations, with particular expertise in capital campaigns, major gifts, grant development, and strategic planning.

She began her career in consulting, later moving into the private sector before returning to senior development roles with organizations throughout Niagara. Back in the consulting world over the past few years, she currently serves as an executive management consultant leading the team in all aspects of HR, strategies, process and client work.

Mary is an active community volunteer and serves as a Patient Partner with the Niagara Health Engagement Network since 2019. She is also a member of the Niagara Fundraisers Network. 

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, specializing in marketing, Mary has expanded her education and completed the L.E.A.D.R. leadership development program through Crestcom International. Mary lives in Fonthill with her daughter.
