The news media is invited to join the City of Port Colborne and Niagara Health System as we welcome Dr. Haibo Xu and staff as the newest Family Health Organization in Port Colborne. Elected officials, area physicians and hospital leaders will be in attendance.
Dr. Xu will be seeing patients at Niagara Health’s Port Colborne Site. Join us for a welcoming reception and tour of Dr. Xu’s main floor offices, as he officially cuts the ribbon to open the suite.
