Regular hours resume at NOTL Walk-in Clinic

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective Wednesday, September 1, the Walk-in Clinic at Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital Site will be open for patients in the mornings and afternoons. The walk-in clinic hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to Noon and 2 to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is not open on weekends or statutory holidays.

Clinic hours were reduced to afternoons only for part of July and August, due to a temporary staffing shortage. The nurse practitioner vacancy has been filled by Jane Carson, who is now working in the clinic on the lower level.

The clinic provides assessment and care for minor ailments and injuries such as fever, sore throat, cough, earaches, muscle/join pain, skin lesions. It is open to patients who are not affiliated with the NOTL Family Health Team, out-of-town visitors and seasonal employees. Please register in Admitting on the main floor at the hospital front entrance.
