Cancer Care Ontario is accepting nominations for the 2015 Human Touch Awards, recognizing exemplary compassionate cancer or kidney patient care by healthcare professionals, providers and volunteers.
Who is eligible?
All part-time or full-time healthcare professionals and volunteers who provide direct patient care at either a regional cancer centre or as part of a Regional Cancer Program are eligible to be nominated. Up to four awards will be distributed this year to the cancer community, including one volunteer award.
Dedadline for nomination is Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015.
