Patients and visitors are now able to access the online screening form through the Niagara Health Navigator app. Filling out the form prior to arriving at NH sites is the quickest and easiest way for patients and visitors to enter the building. After completing the form, patients and visitors must have their results accessible on a mobile device to show a screener upon entry.
Here’s how patients and visitors can access the online screening form on the Navigator
- Download the Niagara Health Navigator app from the App Store or Google Play, or ensure it is updated;
- Click the Visitor Information & Screening tile; and
- Follow the link to the online screening form.
Users can also access additional information such as important reminders for visitors coming to NH sites, as well as a list of frequently asked questions about the current Visitor Policy.
There are several apps on the Niagara Health Navigator to keep patients, families and community members up-to-date on Niagara Health’s COVID-19 response. The app also provides users with healthcare content to help support their well-being.
Users are also encouraged to provide feedback on the app that will help inform future releases, ensuring the app continues to meet the needs of its users.
