REMINDER: Visitors must follow Niagara Health's visitor guidelines

Niagara Health’s most important priority during the pandemic is the safety of everyone in the hospital. Our visitor guidelines are key in ensuring we can keep our patients and team members safe.

With the increasing numbers of COVID in the community and in the hospital, we want to remind visitors how extremely important it is that everyone at our sites observe all guidelines, at all times. Anyone not following the visitor guidelines will be asked to leave the hospital.

To support safety, all visitors are provided with medical grade masks, which they must wear properly at all times within the hospital. Visiting hours remain limited to two blocks and only one visitor per patient may enter during each block. Visitors may not bring any food or drink for personal consumption and may only consume food in designated areas.

We recognize that family and friends play an important role during a patient’s hospital stay and can contribute to a positive patient experience and positive health outcomes. Niagara Health will continue welcoming visitors to the hospital as long as it is safe to do so. Keeping the hospital safe is a shared responsibility and visitors must follow all guidelines, available on the Niagara Health website, to allow us to maintain a safe environment.

We appreciate the support and understanding of our community.
