Seymour-Hannah vaccination clinic closed Wednesday, July 14

Posted Jul 12th, 2021

Niagara Health’s vaccination clinic at the Seymour-Hannah arena will be closed Wednesday, July 14 due to limited vaccine supply. Please note that this includes our walk-in program.

We look forward to resuming our regular operations on Thursday, July 15. This will include walk-in appointments for first doses anytime during clinic hours, as well as a limited number of walk-in appointments for second doses between 2 and 4 p.m.

Vaccines help protect against serious illness associated with COVID-19 and drastically reduces the chances of transmitting it to others. Everyone has a role to play in our ability to safely and effectively return to some normalcy. If you are able to, getting your first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine is a critical step.

As of Monday, July 12, Niagara Health has administered 220,000 doses. This vaccination effort is part of a larger mass immunization program with Niagara Region Public Health, pharmacies and primary care. More than 67 per cent of Niagara residents have their first dose and 45 per cent have both doses.
