Important Notice: Third-Party Diagnostic Imaging Reminder Calls

We are aware of a recent issue with our third-party diagnostic imaging call reminder service. During a system update designed to improve our communications, reminder notifications were inadvertently sent to more patients than intended.

Please note:

  • Reminder calls are normally sent 7 days prior to a patient’s scheduled appointment.
  • If you received a reminder and have an appointment within the next 7 days, your notification is accurate—no further action is needed.
  • Some patients without appointments in this timeframe may have received a reminder by mistake due to the system update.

We have identified the root cause and are working closely with the vendor to prevent this from happening again.
