Potential Service Disruption

Our third-party vendor that provides bedside entertainment services has advised Niagara Health of a potential service disruption. This service includes patient room entertainment systems and access to phone lines in inpatient rooms. 

To help ensure patients can continue to stay connected with loved ones during their hospital stay, patients are encouraged to bring personal devices such as mobile phones, tablets, or laptops. 

If a disruption occurs, free Wi-Fi will be available, allowing patients to use their personal devices to stay connected with loved ones. Niagara Health is actively working with a new third party vendor to mitigate any disruption to services. Should a disruption occur, patients and the public will be notified.
