Exciting business opportunities are ahead with the South Niagara Hospital.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is now open for the retail pharmacy and allied clinical retail spaces at the future 1.3-million-square-foot hospital, which is scheduled for opening in 2028. These spaces are intended to provide a welcoming, convenient and service-focused environment for patients, visitors, physicians and staff.
This is a unique opportunity for interested vendors to operate the retail pharmacy space or an allied clinical retail space at the new hospital. Both locations are in a high-visibility area on the first floor of the building near the main entrance. The retail pharmacy will provide prescription medications, over-the-counter products and other personal care products to visitors and staff. The allied clinical retail space will provide an opportunity for a healthcare-related support service or vendor to rent retail space within the hospital.
This is an exciting way for local vendors to become part of Niagara’s newest state-of-the-art hospital and contribute in a positive way to healthcare in our region.
The RFP is now open and available on Bonfirehub.com until May 14.
