After more than five years at Niagara Health, Executive Vice-President, Digital Transformation and Chief Information Officer, has accepted a new leadership opportunity with Ontario Health. Sonali Kohli's last day will be Nov. 6, 2026.
Throughout her time, Kohli lead the organization through significant change, advancing the use of technology and innovation across our sites. From leading the launch of our Hospital Information System (HIS) to continuing to move forward with our broader digital transformation, Kohli's leadership and commitment have helped build a strong foundation for Niagara Health’s continued transformation.
Dr. Ben Tam will serve as interim EVP, Digital Transformation and Chief Information Officer while planning for the permanent role is underway. Niagara Health is committed to maintaining stability and continuity throughout this period of change.
