Patrick Harris

Patrick Harris resides in Fort Erie and is the President of Rubicon Strategy Inc., a national public affairs firm specializing in government relations and strategic communications. In addition to managing the operations and finances of the firm, Patrick advises a diverse group of organizations on their strategic relationship with the public sector and their advocacy positioning. In 2026, Rubicon Strategy Inc. was honoured to be named as one of Canada's Top 100 Small and Medium Employers. Prior to Rubicon, Patrick worked in numerous roles at the Ontario Legislature and on Parliament Hill.
