Dr. Helen Mary Caetano

Dr. Helen Caetano is the Chief of Surgery at Niagara Health.

Dr. Caetano has been an active staff physician at Niagara Health since 2002, practicing in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery and was previously appointed as the Head of Service for the ENT Division. During her tenure, she has assisted in the development of the Niagara Health Difficult Airway Program and is the Surgical Lead for the South Niagara Hospital build.

Dr. Caetano completed medical school at the University of Toronto and a Otolaryngology-Head & Neck surgery residency at the University of Ottawa. She currently teaches at McMaster University’s Department of Surgery as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
