Our Patients
The Niagara Health Patient Satisfaction Survey provides our patients with the opportunity to share important feedback that helps us continuously improve the care we deliver. Of patients who completed the Patient Satisfaction Survey from April to August 2025:
70% who were admitted to the hospital reported that they had a positive overall experience.
59% reported that they had a positive overall experience in the Emergency Department.
79% of inpatients felt that they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care.
