Niagara Health COVID-19 Assessment Centres

Anyone who needs a test under the provincial testing guidelines can get one at no cost.

Depending on your situation, you may be able to get a COVID-19 test at:

  • COVID-19 assessment centres (including mobile and temporary sites)
  • Participating community labs
  • Participating pharmacies

Effective Dec. 11, 2020, individuals requiring a COVID-19 test for international travel clearance are no longer eligible for a publicly funded COVID-19 test in Ontario. Asymptomatic testing (testing for those who don’t have symptoms) is available through select pharmacies, including tests required for travel.

Find an Ontario testing location near you to get a COVID‑19 test.

Schedule an appointment at one of Niagara Health’s Assessment Centres. Please note we do not accept walk-ins.

Book a COVID-19 test appointment online or call 905-378-4647 ext. 42819 (4-CV19).

  • Have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus, as informed by a public health unit or exposure notification through the COVID Alert app;
  • A resident or work in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak, as identified and informed by the local public health unit;
