Awards of Excellence Nomination

The Awards of Excellence were developed as an opportunity to recognize extraordinary service within Niagara Health (NH). Selection for each of the seven award categories is based on the NH purpose, vision, CORE values, and areas of focus. While it is recognized that contributions of outstanding performance can be made across all categories, award selection will be based on significant overall evidence in one of these areas. The President’s Award will be presented to the individual or team making the most significant impact overall.
