Heather Paterson is the Executive Vice-President, Clinical Operations at Niagara Health.
Heather is a proud member of the nursing profession and holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Business Administration. Heather is a certified Quality Improvement Advisor with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. With over 25 years of health-care experience, she has held progressive leadership positions at the manager and director level within Niagara Health. Heather has extensive experience leading high-performing clinical teams, driving a culture of continuous quality improvement and safety.
She prides herself on building strong relationships with her teams and physician partners. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Heather sits on multiple committees as an advocate to improve delivery of care for patients in our community. Heather’s greatest treasure is her family. Vacationing, cheering on her favorite sports teams or entertaining at home are all things that bring her joy, especially when surrounded by family.
