At Niagara Health’s COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Seymour Hannah Sports & Entertainment Centre, we’ve worked alongside our #TeamNiagara colleagues, including Public Health, primary care and EMS, to find innovative ways to vaccinate as many people as quickly and safely as possible.
We’ve also created a community hub where we’ve asked people who have been vaccinated to share what this milestone means to them by sticking a post-it note to the arena glass. Thousands of colourful notes now blanket the arena glass.
The notes have given our team a renewed energy and a feeling that we’ve entered a new phase in our fight against COVID-19.
In a time of distancing, this shared space and experience is so meaningful. To be present in our clinic is to see and feel partnership, connection, collaboration and resilience in action
