The health and wellbeing of our residents and staff at Millennium Trail Manor are our highest priority. In collaboration with Millennium Trail Manor, Niagara Health has been working diligently to control an outbreak of COVID-19 at the home.

The provincial government has asked Niagara Health to assist with these efforts and has issued a Mandatory Management Order for Niagara Health to temporarily manage the home as of October 27, 2020. By working together with staff at Millennium Trail Manor, we’re confident we’ll be able to end this outbreak as quickly and safely as possible.

Niagara Health’s team is highly trained in outbreak management and will work together with Millennium staff to provide leadership and resources to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all.

We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with families, residents and staff at Millennium Trail Manor.

Family members can discuss concerns or questions they may have about the outbreak with a Patient Relations Specialist at Niagara Health by calling 905-378-4647, ext. 44423. The line is staffed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Voicemails will be returned as quickly as possible.
