Niagara Health Vaccination Clinic and Assessment Centre updates

Niagara Health’s three COVID-19 Assessment Centres will remain open over the Easter long weekend. Testing at the assessment centres is available by appointment only as we prioritize testing for those most at risk for having COVID-19. Please visit our website for eligibility criteria and to review important reminders before visiting our assessment centres. We are no longer testing individuals who are travelling outside of Canada and require a COVID-19 test.

Due to vaccine supply for the upcoming week, the hospital vaccination clinic will be closed on Sunday, April 4. No appointments were booked on that day. We will resume regular operations on Monday, April 5. This past week saw the clinic surpass more than 48,000 doses of vaccine administered by our team.

Please note that all second doses will take place 16 weeks from your original first dose appointment. For patients who have not received an email of the date change of your second dose, please call 905-378-4647, ext. 49099. When arriving for an appointment, we ask that everyone arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time and remain in their car until five minutes prior to their appointment time.

As we progress at our clinics and assessment centres, we will continue to provide updates. The best way to stay informed is to follow our COVID-19 updates.
