The Research Engagement Program targets learners and staff to build specific research skills, offering opportunities for research involvement. The Research Engagement Program encompasses the Research Coaching Program and the Research Seminar Series.
The Research Coaching Program provides personalized guidance to healthcare learners and professionals to successfully undertake research projects that are collaborative, quality-focused and patient-centered. Offered to all healthcare faculty and staff who are interested in pursuing health services research, the overall aim is to enhance the quality, quantity, and translation of research through one-on-one coaching. Those with little research skills, an interest in participating in, or leading a project are welcome!
To apply to the Research Coaching Program through the NH Research Lead Office, please complete the NH Research Coaching Program Application, and send to Sarah Litke at Sarah.Litke@niagarahealth.on.ca .
Applicants are encouraged to incorporate a high degree of staff engagement, research skill development, NH alignment, collaboration potential, and community relevance in their research projects. Once your application is reviewed, the Research Lead Office will assess your project based on a set of criteria, and you will be contacted with further instructions.
