Simon Akinsulie

Simon Akinsulie is the Executive Vice-President, Practice, Clinical Support and Chief Nursing Executive at Niagara Health.
As a health-care leader with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across a number of Ontario hospitals, Simon has in-depth experience across multiple clinical portfolios. In his role, Simon oversees Interprofessional Practice, Education, Nursing Practice, Pharmacy and Diagnostics, Laboratory & Pathology, and Infection Control at Niagara Health.
Simon received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa. He has also completed the EXTRA Fellowship Program from Healthcare Excellence Canada, a Certificate in Nursing Informatics and is also a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
