For the second consecutive year, Niagara Health has been recognized by Forbes as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Company Culture. The organization ranked No. 9, skyrocketing from its ranking of No. 108 in 2025. Earlier this year, Forbes also recognized Niagara Health as a top Canadian employer.
“This recognition from Forbes is extremely meaningful and is a reflection that Niagara Health is an exceptional place to work,” says Lynn Guerriero, President and CEO. “Our people are at the centre of every improvement we are making, from workforce supports to how we redesign care across the region. Presented by Forbes in partnership with Statista, the recognition is based on a survey of more than 37,000 Canadian-based employees at companies with at least 500 people in the country.

Survey respondents (who remain anonymous) were asked if they would recommend their employer to others and to rate it in a variety of areas related to company culture, including fairness, inclusivity and opportunity.
