To enhance safety and mitigate the financial burden placed on families during this time, all patients, staff and physicians now have free parking at all Niagara Health sites.
Niagara Health is saddened to report the second death late yesterday afternoon of a patient being treated at our St. Catharines Site for COVID-19. We would like to express our deepest condolences to the patient’s loved ones as they deal with this terrible loss.
In an effort to further support a safe patient care and work environment for all, Niagara Health is placing additional restrictions on personal items and food that can be dropped off to patients at all hospital sites.

With the increasing severity of the COVID-19 outbreak, Ontario has now launched an enhanced and interactive self-assessment tool. This new easy-to-use tool takes the public through a series of questions to inform those who are concerned they may have contracted COVID-19.
Niagara Health’s second dedicated COVID-19 Assessment Centre is now open at the St. Catharines site. The Assessment Centres in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls are available by referral only.
