It is my unfortunate duty to report that a patient being treated at Niagara Health for COVID-19 passed away earlier today. On behalf of the hospital, I would like to extend our sincere condolences to the patient’s family and loved ones at this extremely sad time.

Niagara Health opens second COVID-19 Assessment Centre in St. Catharines
Niagara Health’s second dedicated COVID-19 Assessment Centre is now open at the St. Catharines site. The Assessment Centres in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls are available by referral only.

Niagara Health opens COVID-19 assessment centre in Niagara Falls
The first of two COVID-19 assessment centres planned for the region opens today. The centre, located behind the Greater Niagara General Site in Niagara Falls, will provide screening, assessment and testing for individuals with symptoms of COVID-19. The Assessment Centre will be available by referral only.
