The Clinical Scholar Coaching Program is a provincially funded nurse mentorship program that connects new nurses with experienced colleagues to help them become expert practitioners.
This is the third time the organization has received the highest-possible level of accreditation for its practices and commitment to ensure safe, quality patient-centred care.

“I wanted to get more involved,” says Nithu Thonichalil. “I wanted to learn the surgical thought process of a surgeon” in the Operating Room.
