Air (WELL® Concept)

Niagara Health has registered the South Niagara Project with the International WELL Building Institute to work towards becoming WELL® v2 certified. 

WELL® certification is based off of 10 concepts.

People spend approximately 90% of their time inside the built environment.  The Air concept aims to ensure high levels of indoor air quality across the building’s life span through diverse strategies in design, operations and human behaviour interventions.
